Answers to some of our most common questions
It depends on the vehicle and ecu type, but most remaps take around an hour.
If the ecu has to be removed from the vehicle it can take approx 2-3 hours.
It depends on the ecu type and what you require but approximately between £150-£300.
With normal driving you should actually see an improvement in fuel economy of approx 10-20%. Particularity so on diesel vehicles, we tend to see the best improvements.
We get asked this a lot, and our answer is, no not really, as no one drives their vehicle flat out constantly. Obviously you are putting more pressure on things like your clutch and brakes but as long as they are in good condition, you won’t have an issue.
The map software itself has a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. So if you aren’t happy with anything we are happy to try and improve the tune.
We cannot warrant anything mechanical on the car as we don’t have any idea how the car has been treated in the past or how you are likely to use it in the future.
